Every effort is made to package all items in such a way as to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition. All products will be dispatched in suitable packaging.

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment, except where in periods of heavy demand where it can take up to 5 working days for despatch.  The parcel will be sent according to the instructions that you provide with your order.

All orders are shipped using courier services or Royal Mail recorded delivery.
